Lampasas Police Dept. blotter for Friday shows a suspicious vehicle report on Campbell St. at 9:53am, a disturbance in the 800 block of N. Ridge at 10am and a reckless driver on Hwy 183S at 11:05am.
The afternoon brought a minor accident in the 100 block of Ohnmeiss at 2pm, then a disturbance in the 800 block of E. 4th at 3:19pm and an arrest at 3:56pm. A 28 yr old local man was arrested in the 400 block of E. 4th on a burglary of a vehicle charge, also on a couple municipal warrants for driving with invalid license and for reckless damage or destruction.
There was a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of College St. at 4:52pm and a reckless driver on Hwy 281S at 5:15pm. Someone reported harassment on S. Spring at 5:43pm. A disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of E. 4th at 8:25pm. There was a suspicious vehicle in the 2300 block of W. Fm 580 at 11:07pm.
Lampasas Sheriff’s Dept. blotter shows Lometa with a transport, Kempner had a repossession, and a criminal mischief report. Deputies went into Cove for an animal problem, a reported reckless driver and handled an accident.
The Jail log shows a 51 year old Lometa woman brought in for misappropriation of funds/elderly, a 19 year old Hunt, Texas man on a probation violation an d 1 46 yeaer old man from Spring, Texas on a commitment charge.
The Burn Ban is lifted until Tuesday, Feb. 19th at 6pm
