Today: Some 20-40% chance of rain, snow or sleet this afternoon, along with our cloudy and cold day. The high will likely be mid to upper 30s, about where the morning started. The cold wind will be N-NE 10-15 mph.
Tonight: A 40% chance of wintry precipitation, N-NE wind 5-10 mph and a low down to about 31º.
Saturday: Cloudy and a 30% chance of precipitation under cloudy sky with the high only getting up to about 38º. The best news will be the wind beginning to shift to easterly as the cold front begins to pass thru. Overnight the rain chance gets a little higher, up to 40%, with the temperature down to 35º.
Sunday will bring the biggest rain chance of the week with a 60% likelihood that goes through the day, night, and into Monday. Sunday’s high should be about 50º with an overnight just a few degrees below that.
Next week: Monday’s long range forecast has the 50% rain chance in it but also shows a warmup to about 68º with southerly winds. Lest we get to comfy with the warmup on Monday, the long range calls for another minor cold front hitting on Tuesday.
