Lampasas County Commissioners, Lampasas School Board and Lampasas City Council will all meet on Monday.
County Commissioners will meet at 9am in the courthouse with a short agenda that will include the approval of bonds for county officials and approve some surplus items for sale, transfer or disposal, as well as possible discussion on the Jail Project.
The School Board will meet at 6pm to go over a consent agenda with an election services agreement and selection of professional personnel on it, then hear reports, including a campus report from the Middle School, and finally a Superintendent’s regular evaluation discussion.
Lampasas City Council will meet in a workshop session at 5:30pm and in regular session at 7pm in council chambers. Items on the agenda include further discussion on planning for 2019 work and projects, as well as the second reading of several proposed ordinances and some reports. Action may come on one ordinance to include a certain piece of property into city limits through an annexation. There are also discussions on projects that may include extending phone lines into the Old City Hall project, purchasing an HVAC system in the Spring St. Pump Station, contracting for election services, replacing the roof on the Senior Center building, and looking at the petition calling for a local option election for the legal sale of all alcoholic beverages within the city.
