Basketball

Lady Badgers Varsity(22-4/1-1)                                 After losing that big game to district leader Liberty Hill on Tuesday Coach Mark Myers said there were tears, but the Lady Badgers will go on, knowing they’ll get another shot at Liberty Hill in round two of district 27 play.

They also know that there are other challenges, they meet what should be a lesser challenge in Taylor on Friday, but down the road there is a huge challenge in a Burnet team that is very good. There’s plenty of work to do for this basketball program that has made tremendous strides in a short period of time, and plans to become the team-to-beat in 4A basketball.
