Lampasas Police Dept. blotter for Saturday showed harassment in the 800 block of N. Key at 1:36am, a burglary of a habitation on Castleberry at 2:18am, a suspicious person in the 900 block of S. Key at 2:55am and a suspicious matter in the 600 block of Northington at 3:58am. Sunup brought a harassment report in the 800 block of E. 4th at 10:13, then a burglary report in the 1200 block of Taylor at 11:40pm.

The afternoon saw a public intoxication report in the 700 block of S. Key at 1:58pm, a criminal mischief in the 600 block of S. Spring at 2:28pm, another public intoxication in the 100 block of Ohnmeiss at 4:05pm and a suspicious person in the 800 block of S. Key at 5:19.

At 5:30pm there was a major accident in the 100 block of W. 6th where one person was transported to Rollins Brook with minor injuries.

In the evening there was another public intoxication on Key Ave., then loud music complaints and a suspicious vehicle report just before midnight.

Sunday’s Blotter showed a suspicious person report at midnight in the 100 block of W. 9th and a disturbance at 1:30am in the 900 block of S. Key. A suspicious act was reported in the 800 block of S. Key at 6am. After a half hour there was a domestic disturbance reported in the 600 block of  S. Western and another one at 11:18am in the 1700 block of CTE. A suspicious person report came from the 300 block of N. Key at 8:26am.

There was an arrest on a traffic stop in the 100 block of W. 5th where a 70 yr. old Austin man was charged with DWI 2nd at 5:39pm. A  reckless driver was reported in the 100 block of E. Ave. B at 6:56pm and a minor in possession of tobacco was reported in the 1100 block of S. Key at 8pm.

An assault by threat was reported in the 900 block of S. Key at 11pm and a suspicious vehicle in the 2100 block of S. Key at 11:24pm.

Lampasas Sheriff’s Dept. blotter shows Lometa with weekend incidents on animal complaints and livestock issues, an alarm and a disturbance. Kempner worked two accidents, several alarms, illegal dumping and a civil matter. Out in the county, deputies had accident dispatches, a structure fire, harassment, an alarm and calls into the Cove city limits on animal matters and a suspicious person.

The jail log shows the county booked in a 30 yr old Priddy man for DWI, a 39 yr old Marble Falls man on an out of county charge and an 18 yr old Burnet male, also on an out of county charge.

The Burn Ban went back on Sunday evening at 7pm but it was lifted again, until Sunday at 7pm.
