The Burn Ban is still on! The Lampasas Fire Chief and the Fire Marshal both assured us that Lampasas is going to continue its Burn Ban for the time being. They say that there is a great deal of dry grass, weeds and brush in Lampasas County and the light rain will evaporate quickly and leave us with the same dangers.
