Badger Wrestling

The Badger team was at Cedar Ridge in Cedar Park on Wednesday. Cedar Ridge and McNeil were the other two schools involved. Out JV had a great night, only giving up two matches. Wins for the JV were Johnathon Dill’s (2-0), and by single wins by Jacob Miller, Caleb Allen, Paul Acosta, Avery Smith and Nathan Calvery.

The most impressive Lampasas team though, was the Lady Badgers. They won their duel against McNeil 24-12. Winners were Brianna Miller, Taylor Dill, Mia Martell and Taylor Talbert. All wins were by pins!

The Varsity boys had some great matches but came up short in both duels. Wins for the Badgers were Jack Jerome and Austin Kielpinski (both 2-0) and Dillon Best and Adam Murphy both went 1-1.
