Lampasas Police Dept. blotter for Saturday showed a suspicious activity in the 100 block of E. 1st at 12:58am and a minor accident in the 100 block of W. 6th at 9:56am.
The afternoon brought a fraud report in the 300 block of S. Walnut at 2:22pm. There was harassment in the 600 block of N. Ridge at 5:42pm.
The evening reports included a 7:35pm accident that took place in the 700 block of S. Key and sent one person to the hospital.
A suspicious activity report came from Sue Ann Dr. at 10:42pm and a suspicious vehicle was in Brook Park at 10:43pm.
Sunday’s Blotter showed a disturbance in the 1500 block of S. Key at 5:03am. The afternoon brought a reckless driver report on CTE at 12:20pm and a disturbance in the 900 block of S. Key at 3:52pm.
An arrest on a traffic stop at 8pm in the 300 block of N. Arnold sent a 53 yr old Lampasas man to jail for driving with an invalid license and no insurance.
At 9:37pm, a 26 yr old Lampasas man was arrested in the 100 block of Ohnmeiss on municipal court warrants for operating a bicycle without a brake and for failing to yield right of way, also for possession of a controlled substance under a gram.
Lampasas Sheriff’s Dept. blotter shows Lometa with a trespassing report and Kempner had a theft report, a shots fired report and a suspicious person. Out in the county the deputies took a missing person report, worked an accident and went out on a structure fire, along with an alarm, an animal complaint and some medical calls.
The jail log shows a 24 yr old Harvard, IL man arrested for possession of marijuana.
The Burn Ban was lifted again, for one more week, ending on Sunday at 6pm.
