Lampasas Police Dept. blotter for Wednesday showed a minor accident in the 1700 block of CTE at 8:39am with no injuries reported.
At 2:50pm there was an arrest at the jail on 36 yr old Lucas Joaquin Ritter, a Round Rock man, on Lampasas P.D. warrants for forgery and theft of the elderly.
At 3:11pm there was a domestic disturbance report from the 700 block of Old Georgetown Rd. Another accident took place in the 300 block of S. Hwy 281 at 4:34pm. One person was transported to the local E.R. for treatment.
At 5:52pm there was reported suspicious activity in the 800 block of W. 1st. (see feature story) and at 6:27pm a reckless driver report came from the 600 block of N. Ridge. A suspicious person was reported in the 600 block of S. Arnold at 8:08pm and a suspicious vehicle was in the 800 block of W. North at 9:50pm.
Lampasas Sheriff’s Dept. blotter shows Lometa with traffic stops and one accident late last night. Kempner officers worked civil matters, a fraud case and an alarm. Out in the county, deputies investigated a theft, a trespassing incident and were sent into Cove city limits on civil matters and suspicious person calls.
The Jail Log shows a 48 yr old Canyon Lake man was arrested on a probation violation.
The Burn Ban in Lampasas Co. is lifted until Sunday at 7pm.
