Tuesday: Showers and thunderstorms almost imminent, at an 80% chance of them. New rainfall amounts between a half and ¾ of an inch are the likely outcomes of the day. The high temperature should be about 80°.
Overnight the rain chances drop to 30% early and after midnight should go away. The temperatures should also drop fast, down to 62° by morning, as the wind shifts from southerly to north with the arrival of a cold front.
The rest of the week: The Wednesday forecast calls for back to sunshine and a high of about 81° but with north wind at 5-10 mph. The Thursday forecast is much the same but by Friday the wind will shift back to east and SE and a rain chance shows up again. There is a 20% chance of rain through next weekend with overnight low temperatures dropping below 60°. The highs by the weekend are expected to be in the mid to lower 70s.
