Lampasas Police Dept. blotter for Tuesday showed an 8am report of suspicious activity in the 900 block of Campbell St. Surprisingly, there were no accident reports. There were three arrests made.
Thomas Harry Gorecki, a 44 yr old homeless man, was arrested at Park Lane and Del Norte for assault causing bodily injury in a family violence matter at 9:34am.
A 28 yr old Lampasas man was arrested in the 600 block of S. Spring on a Lampasas Co. Warrant for failure to appear on a possession of a PG1 controlled substance under a gram. That was at 11:29am.
A 33 yr old Lampasas woman was arrested at 4:47pm in the 100 block of E. Ave. A on nine Lampasas Municipal Warrants. Many of the warrants were for traffic matters, two of them were for possession of drug paraphernalia.
The Sheriff’s Dept. reports that Lometa had a quiet day while Kempner officers worked a theft, a disturbance and a civil matter, then a burglary report. Out in the county, there were accidents, animal complaints and a civil matter.
There were no arrests by county officers.
The Burn Ban has been lifted in Lampasas County until Sunday, 10/21 at 7pm.
