Badger Baseball Pitcher Garrett Witcher has announced his commitment to a Division 1 Baseball program at the University of Texas - Rio Grande. Witcher may be the first Lampasas baseball player ever to sign on to play for a Division 1 school. Congratulations, Garrett! Lots of other announcements may be made for Badger baseball awards and commitments on Thursday, May 18th when the annual Baseball Banquet will take place at the Crawford Party House.

A number of other Lampasas High athletes will be announcing their intents to sign with athletic programs, and there are a number of academic scholarships to be announced in the comingdays. We hope to announce a fairly full list of those commits and scholarship grants. It’s that time of year – Go Badgers!
