Basketball Tonight

The Runnin’ Badgers Basketball team (21-3/9-1) heads to Taylor for their second round contest with the Ducks. In the first round Lampasas won 58-42, and Taylor is now 16-17 for the season and 5-5 in district play.

The Badgers have just Taylor and Salado to play yet to finish out their season. Currently sitting in the second place position in district, Lampasas’ future in post-season playoffs depends both the outcome of its Taylor and Salado games, but more importantly, on the outcome of next Tuesday’s game between Liberty Hill and Burnet.

The current district standings are:

Tonight’s Badger–Ducks game will tip off at 6:30pm. It will be broadcast live over KCYL 1450AM and over the internet at lampasasradio.com or one of several other radio streaming services available on your computer or cell phone.  

The Badger Freshmen and JV teams will play at 5:15pm in separate Gyms.

Middle School Boys Basketball saw the 8th grade B boys lose to Salado last night 22-29...

Badger Soccer is headed for Leander Glenn with the Varsity Girls team playing first against Glenn at 5:30pm, then the Boys team kicks at 7:30pm.

Badger Tennis is in Georgetown this morning for matches.

Lady Badger Softball, both JV and Varsity, will be at Brownwood on Saturday for games at 10am.  

Basketball Tonight will travel to Jarrell with their JV, JV2 and Varsity teams scrimmaging against Jarrell at 10am.
