In a release, prepared by local Police Lt. Inv. Jody Cummings, we learn of an arrest by Federal Marshalls and local lawmen on Thursday:
"On Thursday, 09.01.16, a Midland, TX bank was robbed and a warrant was obtained for Kevin Lee Renfro, white male, age 40 of Childress, TX charging him with Robbery, a second degree felony.
On 09.06.16, a Waco, TX bank was robbed, and though the suspect (was) not positively identified, surveillance photos look like Kevin Renfro. Also on 09.06.16, the US Marshall’s Service contacted Lampasas Police advising they believed Renfro was in the Lampasas area.
On 09.08.16, members of the US Marshall’s Service, the Lampasas County Sheriff’s Office, the Lampasas County Attorney’s Office and the Lampasas Police Department captured Renfro at the Country Inn (on S. Key Ave.) in Lampasas. Additionally, Loyce Renfro, age 46, was arrested for Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution, a third degree felony, and Allen Keith Jackson, age 41, of Lampasas was arrested for two City of Lampasas traffic warrants. Two vehicles suspected to have been used in each robbery were recovered along with approximately 1 ½ grams of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
All three defendants were deposited in the Lampasas County Jail. The aforementioned agencies are continuing to assist the Midland Police and Waco Police with their investigations."

Lawmen believe it resembles Renfro. His mugshot, when arrested on Thursday is below:
