Christopher Bagley, 27, ofKempner was taken into custody in Copperas Cove yesterday afternoon. Bagley fled Kempner Wednesday after Kempner Police attempted to arrest him on 2 state felony warrants, one for possession of a controlled substance under a gram, and on for debit/credit card abuse. Bagley also is charged with an accident involving damage to a vehicle causing more than $200 damage, and a parole violation. A tip was given to law enforcement about Bagley’s whereabouts on Sunday afternoon. When the police approached, Bagley barricaded himself in the truck. It is reported that after about 1 ½ hours in the truck, he was arrested without incident and taken to the Lampasas County Jail.
