Join Lampasas County at the 240th Birthday Celebration of the Good Ol' U.S.A.

July 4th, Independence Day, marks the 240th year since the American Colonies declared their independence from the British Monarchy and began the long journey and experience of the United States of America.

At 6:30pm on Monday picnic-ers and music and fireworks lovers will begin coming into Lometa's Regional Park where LampasasRadio and local and visiting musicians will begin music shows. As those shows, on multiple stages, begin to wrap up around 9pm, presentations will salute our Independence Day and Birthday USA and a gala fireworks display will emanate from the Rodeo arena grounds.

Please bring your flags and wave them, please bring your kids and your picnics, come and listen to great music from multiple bands and performers and be awed, after dark, by the fireworks display.
