Possible actions can be taken in open session in this 5:30 to 7pm meeting, then a workshop session will begin to discuss the extension of utilities for residential development and other matters. At 7pm the Council will be back in regular session where past zoning matters may be approved in second readings, then reports and possible actions on fee schedules and residential development on Willis Street and Sunset/Brown Street.

The Spring Ho Festival committee will be requesting funds from the Hotel Occupancy Tax and the Utility Department will be asking for approval on bids totaling almost $400,000 for replacement of some water main along Ohnmeiss Drive and in another matter a gravity sewer main and a new sewer lift station.
