For those who are registered, remember that the Food Preservation (Canning) workshop will be held on Friday, June 3rd, from 9-4 pm at the Lake Victor Community Building.

County Agents Karen DeZarn from Lampasas and Linda Wells from Burnet will be offering information on Canning Basics for Safe Preserving. Water Bath Canning for Jams, Jellies and More will be offered in the morning and Pressure Canning will be offered in the afternoon.
