Structure Fire in Lampasas

The Lampasas Fire Dept. responded to a house fire at 709 S. Howe on Wednesday morning, the call coming in at 8:38am. The firefighters arrived to find the house partially involved.                                                                                                      

The blaze started on the outside of the house according to Fire Marshal Ronnie Withers. The cause is not known and is under investigation. Everyone in the house and all of the pets were able to get out of the house with no injuries.

Due to the quick response of the Fire Department, the damage was contained to the exterior of the house and the attic area, and the house is repairable.
