Early Voting Heavy

After just three days of Early Voting, as of Wednesday afternoon 2,185 people had cast ballots for the November General Election. That is 15.85% of the registered voters in Lampasas County, with 6 days left in the Early Voting period.

The heavy balloting would seem to indicate that the "decided" voters are anxious to get their preferences for President and other offices in and recorded.

The Early Voting will continue through Friday, Nov. 4th, then the regular Election Day voting will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 8th. Early Voting takes place only at the County Election Office at407 S. Pecan Street. Election Day voting on Nov. 8 can be done at any of the Lampasas County polling places.
